I wouldn't really call myself a senior companion cause both me and Elder Crook are Co Senior companions. Elder Crooks was one of his roommates in the MTC. We received a letter this week from his mission president saying that Elder Mattei was called as an area leader. I think that means he is basically the senior companion. We are getting along really well and the area has picked up. We already set a baptismal date for April 10 with this guy named Dennis. I don't like the Stake Presidents plan for missionaries here. He has us split up and going to 2 different churches so we can go to all of our wards. I cover 4 wards. He also wants us doing splits all the time which doesn't allow us to get to know all the people we teach. I feel like I have gotten Elder Crook motivated and that the area is going to do very well. So things are going a lot better. I'll send the pictures this week. Guess what? We have a hot tub lol. I go and relax in it after I'm done with everything for the day. I looked in the rule book and it didn't say anything about hot tubs so I got in it and it really helps me sleep at night. The people we live with remind me of Grandma and Grandpas house. Its kinda out in the country and they always have country music playing and we just sit and talk to them at night. I know a couple of the Elders in the area that I have briefly met. Some of them have also heard of me from other Elders I'm friends with. I don't know the medicine I'm on but I don't think it really works. I have been poor all month and I had no food left to bring in to my new area. Apparently he made a Costco run once he got to Twin Falls, so all's good! Twin Falls feels the same except its a little bit windier. I would tell you more about the people here except I don't know there names and stuff yet. I'm teaching 2 people that are getting married in the temple and they're 18 and 19. Its kinda weird cause I'm not even married and I'm having to teach them stuff cause the bishop asked us to. I really like my zone. Everyone in the zone seems pretty cool. Today we played football and went to Costco. I'm also starting to get sick. I'm coming down with a bad cold I think. I'm gonna try and write Mark this week. Its hard to write people cause I'm so tired at the end of the day but I'll do my best. I saw a lot of miracles this week though cause our area was dead. Nothing had been getting done and we had like no names and now we seem to have quite a bit of people to teach. Dad its good to hear that you could possibly get them as clients. I met another Saints fan and apparently he came out at the same time I did. He is from Southern Mississippi and I saw him with a Superbowl shirt on when we were playing football. His name is Elder Smith. There are some cool places that give us free food or half off here. This one place called Papa Kelseys gives us half off subs. I also hang out with Elder Heffler. He is pretty cool and he is training this transfer. O yeah there are people that base jump off the bridge here. Its a really deep canyon. Evil Keneval went on a rocket over the canyon here over the snake river. I'll have to take some pictures of it. The temple can also be seen for miles. Its really pretty. O yeah and I saw Trevor briefly for like 2 min while I was riding in the transfer van. I didn't get much time to talk to him but I got to ask how he was doin and stuff. Well I g2g. Hope everything is going well.
