Missionary Moments: Finally, Pictures!

The skits were to describe a principle in Preach my Gospel lol. Elder Mattei sent a video of the missionaries acting out scenes. Preach My Gospel is basically the missionary handbook they use. It was during a district meeting. I heard about Dad's car that really stinks. Good thing it didn't do any really bad damage. Okay, so for those of you who haven't heard already, Thomas was sitting in Mike's Jetta (a stickshift) before church on Sunday. Mike ran back in the house to get his wallet. Thomas leaned over the stick to get something and took the car out of park. Our cul de sac is at the top of a hill. The car rolled all the way down, taking out a mailbox and glancing off a Suburban. Luckily Thomas was fine, but the damage actually was pretty bad. I guess that serves Todd right for sneaking out although that does stink that he has it all over his face. That's kind of bad of all the stuff Todd is doing cause it will only get worse as he gets older. Todd's been pretty mischievous lately. He snuck out late one night to hang out with friends and apparently got into some poison ivy. His face was really messed up. We emailed pictures of Todd's face and Mike's car to Elder Mattei. I'm surprised to hear that Christine is going on a mission. I honestly didn't think she would ever serve one. A friend who will be serving a mission soon. This week we found a potential investigator by knocking on the wrong door. Im glad we found him because we need more people to teach considering things are slow right now. We will probably go tracking some this week. Things with Trevor have been going good. I know dad asked if I thought he was a good teacher and stuff and I think he is really good at teaching and knows what he is talking about. Trevor has been a really good companion and we haven't argued or anything at all which is good. We are out of miles again at the end of the month so I spent yesterday at the Hills mowing their lawn in 95 degree heat. Im glad to hear that Bishop Tuttle said nice things about me. Our bishop was speaking to the church members at a meeting last week about missions and said some complimentary things about Greg which we shared with him. Today we played a lot of basketball and it was pretty good. We went to the Fathers and son campout for 2nd ward but didn't stay overnight. They had a really good fireside and Bishop Arrington's son, Travis just got back from his mission in England so he gave a really good talk. It was a really good night. Im glad to hear Melissa went with Mark to a church activity. I hope Granny and Pop Pop and Stephanie are doing well. So my week has been pretty good and I hope we will find some new people to teach this week. Yall take care
